Hello! I'm Kristina Rider.
I'm an instructional designer with over 20 years of experience creating and developing learning solutions for a variety of learners.
I strive to find the right solution for stakeholders and learners. My specialties include adult learning theories, ADDIE, SAM, backwards design, and eLearning development.
With a master's degree in instructional technology, I am tech savvy and have the ability to incorporate the most effective technology tools into a project.
I am proficient in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Camtasia, and Zoom.
Being a lifelong learner, I welcome opportunities to improve and grow. Whether finding a tutorial, consulting with a colleague, or reading a new book, I love taking time to enhance my skills.
When I am not working I enjoy traveling with my family, trying new recipes, binge watching my favorite TV shows, and defeating family in Shoot the Moon or Euchre.
