This course is designed to be no longer than 30 minutes. It focuses on training child care providers about modifying food textures and preventing choking.
The course is a balance of presentation with learner participation activities including a digital game that serves as a knowledge check. It is the eighth course in the child care training.
Tools Used: Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Canva

This is the virtual version of the 30-minute course above that was created to train childcare providers on how to modify food textures to prevent choking in a childcare center.
The virtual training uses Zoom features to provide a space where participants can collaborate.
Tools Used: Zoom, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
